Maja Goshevska Dimitrova graduated in law in 2009 from the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus”, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, where she also completed a master’s degree in Criminal Law / Criminal Procedure.

She began her legal career in 2010, initially as a trainee and subsequently as a legal associate. She passed the bar examination on 30 October 2013 and became an attorney in 2014, developing her practice in civil, commercial, employment and administrative matters.

In 2018, she obtained her licence as a representative for industrial property rights. Her work in this area includes trademark registration, legal advice and representation in rights-protection proceedings.

Since January 2022, she has run her own law office in Skopje. She advises and represents domestic and international clients, companies, public enterprises, private institutions and individuals, personally managing legal analysis, case strategy and regular client communication.

Attorney at law, LL.M. and licensed industrial property representative. Maja pursues continuous professional development and follows new legal and technological trends, connecting her knowledge with the practical needs of clients.

She holds a certificate of completion for the ConsumerLaw Ready train-the-trainers course in consumer law (July 2026), a participation certificate for the MACL workshop on personal data protection — from regulation to practice (March 2026), and an Akademik training participation certificate in intellectual property protection in the IT sector (March 2024).

Her further professional development covers artificial intelligence and law, data-protection risk analysis and security, due diligence, joint venture agreements, transport and freight forwarding, and electronic Central Registry procedures. She has also attended 60 hours of training for candidate expert witnesses in intellectual property.
